Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the automobile workshop.

Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.

Ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Monitor productivity, efficiency, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.

Handle warranty claims, job card approvals, and cost estimates.
-
Manage spare parts inventory and workshop tools.
-
Implement safety, quality, and operational procedures.
-
Coordinate with OEMs, insurance partners, and internal departments.
-
Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the service department.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
