Project Manager – Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Job Description:
Location - Raipur
Work Time -10.00am to 7.30pm
Work Days - Monday to Saturday
Week Off - Sunday
Salary – Best in Industry

Minimum Skill, Education, Experience
🎯 Role Objective
Technical Skill Set (Very Important)
Plumbing Systems
- Water supply & drainage systems
- Pump rooms, STP & WTP
- External & internal plumbing networks
- Testing & commissioning
Fire Fighting Systems
- Hydrant & sprinkler systems
- Fire pumps & jockey pumps
- Fire water tanks (UG & OHT)
- Basic understanding of NFPA / NBC norms
Execution Knowledge (Must-Have)
- Handling BOQ vs drawing mismatches
- Managing site modifications & changes
- Coordinating and handling authority / statutory inspections
Planning & Control Skills (PM = Planner)
The Project Manager must be able to:
- Prepare project schedules (MS Project / Excel)
- Do weekly manpower planning
- Plan materials & track lead times
- Coordinate effectively with:
- Client
- PMC / Consultant
- Other contractors
Commercial & Billing Knowledge (Very Important)
- BOQ vs actual quantity tracking
- Identification of extra items / variations
- Support in RA bill preparation
- Understanding of variation approval process
Team Handling & Leadership Quality
Ideal PM:
- Guides site engineers effectively
- Controls vendors & labour
- Remains calm under pressure
- Communicates confidently with clients
Must-Have Project Exposure:
- Hotel projects
- Hospital projects
- High-rise residential / commercial buildings
- External infrastructure (water, sewer, fire)
