Job Summary

We are looking for a female Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and as per quality standards

Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head
Location: Ahmedabad
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities

• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments

• Track project deliverables and follow up on pending actions

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, BOQs, and records

• Assist in procurement, site coordination, and material tracking

• Arrange meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure action item closure

• Support billing, invoices, and basic project costing

• Ensure smooth communication and information flow

• Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Management, or related field

• 0–4 years of experience in project coordination

• Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of project management processes

• Exposure to security systems, automation, infrastructure, or construction projects is an advantage

• Willingness to coordinate with site teams when required
