We are hiring for Accounts Executive – (Bank Reco) at Lower Parel

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, e-invoicing, logistics accounting, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and vendor management, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and E-invoicing processes in compliance with statutory requirements
• Handle logistics-related entries such as GC (Goods Consignment), POD (Proof of Delivery), and FTL (Full Truck Load)
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review and decision-making
• Process vendor payments and maintain accurate vendor records
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Manage GST and TDS compliance, including calculations, filings, and reconciliations
• Record and verify debit and credit entries accurately in accounting systems
• Assist in taxation-related activities and ensure adherence to financial regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good understanding of bank reconciliation and MIS reporting

Timing: 9:30am - 6pm
