Job Description:
- Recruitment Process – Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to interviews and hiring decisions.
- Collaboration with Management – Work with leadership to define job roles and candidate profiles.
- Talent Sourcing – Use job boards, social media, networking, and agencies to attract candidates.
- Screening & Compliance – Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and ensure policy compliance.
- Interview Coordination – Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and hiring discussions.
- Onboarding & Employee Relations – Handle job offers, negotiations, onboarding, and employee conflict resolution.
- HR Records & Compliance – Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Performance Management – Implement performance reviews, coaching, and training programs.
- HR Projects & Initiatives – Support employee engagement, policy development, and training programs.
- Qualifications – Bachelor's degree, HR experience, recruitment expertise, software proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills.
Location: Initially Santacruz later company shifting to Chembur
Working days- Mon to Sat- alternate Sat's off
Working time- general 9 hours
