Great Opportunity for General Manager Projects with a listed company in Hospitality Industry.!

Job Description:

• Project Execution & Management – Oversees hotel projects from start to finish, including civil construction and interior design, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

• Technical Review & Compliance – Examines architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements to ensure value engineering and adherence to contract specifications.

• Site Coordination & Supervision – Leads daily site meetings, monitors progress, resolves issues, and ensures installations meet technical and quality standards.

• Budgeting & Documentation – Prepares tender documents, manages project schedules, verifies bills, and ensures smooth coordination with vendors, contractors, and consultants.

• Regulatory & Handover Process – Secures necessary licenses, conducts snagging/de-snagging, and hands over completed projects with proper documentation to the operations team.

Other details:

• Base location will be Mumbai and should be open to travel to other locations depending on business requirements.
• Office Location- Worli- Mumbai
• Working days- Mon to Fri
• Working time- flexible
• Experience- 15 years (7 years exp. For hotel projects)
• Salary budget- Best in industry including variables of 20% variables
• Out-of-India experience may be considered if the candidates is well versed with the policy and law as per Indian markets.
• Food/accommodation/transport candidate has to manage on his own if candidate is relocating
• Qualification- NICMAR preferred but open for another education background
