Hiring Sr Manager Accounts with a leading Automobile Company at Goa

Job Description:

Job Profile:

1. Statutory Audit and preparation of financial statement for the year and quarter.
2. Tax audit for the relevant assessment year.
3. Cash flow - review, financial and investment planning.
4. Representation before the tax authorities, assessment completion and tax planning.
5. Liaoning with bankers for funds and other related compliance.
6. Monthly MIS and Variance Analysis.
7. Authorizing Journal entries.
8. Salary Posting – variance analysis, review of other HR module controls and recon.
9. Legatrix Compliance.
10. Ensure Internal Control (ICFAR) and Government. 
11. Review report: 

• a) FGI3 Report – Variance, trial balance, F.01, GL Chart.
• b) Provision report (Sales, Payable, expenses, employees).
• c) Master (Vendor, asset, customer, employee).
• d) Receivable, payable, stock statement, slow moving non-moving.
• e) TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, LWF, other statutory payment report.
• f) Actuarial, gratuity, superannuation, NSS, Annual report

Other details:

• Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)

• Experience: at least 8-10 Years post CA
• Job profile: Will be related to Handling of Accounting, Direct Taxation and Audit of the company.
• Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills, Drafting Skills, conversant to computer – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) MS Outlook, SAP, emails, Govt. Sites for Taxation & Income, etc for Tax Filling.
• Candidate must be Goan or among neighbouring states (Maharashtra / Karnataka) within 100 kms.
