Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for L1 / L2 Technical Engineer for Leading IT Consulting and IT Services Company.
Position - L1 / L2 Technical Engineer
Exp - 2 to 3 years
Work Timings: Monday to Friday: 17:00 – 23:00 IST
Saturday: 09:00 – 15:00 IST Monday – Saturday (6-hour shifts). Flexibility required for shift changes and 24x7 on-call standby (for emergencies).

Leave: As per company policy
SLA: 1-hour response time and 2-hour availability for emergency requests during non-regular shifts (Sunday, Public Holidays, Trading Holidays)
Overtime, Public Holiday, Trading Holiday and Sunday working will be paid
Provident Fund & Group Insurance: Included in CTC if opted by the candidate
Job Description -
Provide L1/L2 technical support in a Data Center (DC) environment
Hardware installation, replacement, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Unboxing, racking/unracking, patching, and disposal of hardware
Cable management and labeling
Network troubleshooting and diagnostics
Escort local vendor/telco engineer visits
Asset management and inventory tracking
Support JS DC admin in handling JS requests
On-site communication via phone calls
Provide other remote hands assistance as needed
