Job Description:

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and compassionate Healthcare Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating patients and promoting advanced healthcare solutions, such as TMJ orthotics, sleep apnea, snoring and other therapeutic treatments. You will work closely with clinicians and patients to build trust, explain the value of our offerings, and guide individuals toward better health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with patients to explain the benefits and value of customized medical solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, practitioners, and referral sources
• Identify patient needs and align them with the appropriate clinical treatments
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from consultation to conversion
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and patient interactions
• Educate patients on financing and payment plan options

Qualifications:
• Preferable Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in medical/healthcare/pharma sales (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain clinical products or treatments in layman’s terms
• Empathetic, ethical, and patient-centered mindset
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools a plus

5. Notice period : Maximum 30 Days

6. Communication : Excellent English skills should be able to handle patient inquiries on front end

7. Qualification : Graduate (HSC with excellent English communication and relevant experience can be considered)

8. Work Timings – Mon-Wed-Fri 10.30am -7.00pm Tues-Thurs 9.00am-5.30pm Sat 10.00am-5.30pm

9. Working Days – Monday to Saturday

10. Experience – 2+ years in healthcare/pharma/dental sales preferred
