Job Description:
Job Title: Technical Sales Executive (Paper Coating Chemicals – Paper Industry)
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, Regular
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA + Yearly Bonus + Benefits (PF, Gratuity, Leave)
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. (Science stream)

Experience: 3 to 5 years in technical sales within the paper industry

Gender Preference: Male (as per client requirements)

Strong understanding of industrial/paper coating chemicals

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and fieldwork

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive with strong experience in the paper industry, specifically in paper coating chemicals. The ideal candidate will bridge technical product knowledge with effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products through technical presentations.

Handle product inquiries related to paper coating, release coatings, PSA, solvent chemicals, crosslinkers, and more.

Assess client requirements and consumption patterns to propose appropriate solutions and quotations.

Conduct client visits across regions to promote and commercialize products.

Collaborate with technical sales teams from partner/principal companies for detailed product guidance.

Conduct market research, analyze competition, pricing trends, and supply strategies.

Forecast sales targets and implement plans to achieve company-wide sales goals.

Conduct product trials and guide clients through sampling and technical evaluations.

Address customer queries and recommend product upgrades or alternatives.

Attend training sessions, conferences, and exhibitions for product and industry updates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Follow up on pending orders and outstanding payments.

Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed
