Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Day: Monday to Saturday
Time: 10am to 7pm
Salary: Best as per industry
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director


Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, partnering, and collaborating with social media influencers to amplify our brand presence, grow our follower base, and drive meaningful engagement across platforms—especially Instagram. You must have a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, Instagram’s algorithm, and performance analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers that align with the brand's values, voice, and target audience.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with influencers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.

Campaign Execution:

  • Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Collaborate with content, social media, and design teams to ensure influencer content aligns with the overall brand strategy.

Contract & Budget Management:

  • Negotiate influencer contracts, deliverables, timelines, and payments.

  • Ensure compliance with campaign briefs and track contract deliverables effectively.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or social media strategy.

  • Knowledge & Skills:

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok).

    • Updated knowledge of influencer trends, content styles, and engagement strategies.

    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

    • Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms and social media analytics tools.

    • Ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights for optimization.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Reach & Impressions: Total number of unique users reached through influencer content.

  • Engagement Rate: Metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and saves.

  • Influencer ROI: Conversion rates, website traffic, or sales directly linked to influencer campaigns.

  • Audience Growth: Increase in followers and engagement across the brand’s social media channels.
