Regulatory Affairs Officer For Dairy Company At Mumbai Location

Job Description:

• Ensure regulatory compliance of product labels as per FSSAI laws.

• Coordinate with labs for monthly product testing and documentation for food inspections.

• Collaborate with design and vendor teams for new product packaging.

• Support product development alongside the R&D team.

• Verify ingredient, nutritional, allergen, and legal labeling compliance for all products.

• Stay updated on food labeling standards and regulatory changes.

• Participate in internal/external product audits to ensure packaging accuracy.

• Handle pre-market label submissions to regulatory bodies.

• Manage label updates due to ingredient or formula changes.

• Coordinate with product, manufacturing, legal, and marketing teams for compliance.

• Maintain records of label reviews, audits, and regulatory documents.

• Identify and resolve label discrepancies or documentation issues.

• Proofread packaging materials before final approval for production.

  2. Working time : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
