- Location: Landmark-Quick bite, Near Bhiwandi Bypass Naka, Kalyan - Bhiwandi Rd, Village, Ranjnoli, Maharashtra 421302
- View Location on Map – Kalyan Naka
- Work Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday rotation applicable based on client visits)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate and above
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Gender: Open to Male & Female
- Salary: Best as per industry standards

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of sales executives and coordinate closely with the in-house telecalling team (4-5 members).

Use prior experience and industry network to generate quality leads for commercial office unit sales.

Oversee lead management, conversion tracking, and pipeline performance.

Initiate and manage relationships with real estate channel partners and brokers in Thane, Mulund, Nahur, Bhandup, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ambernath, Badlapur, and Bhiwandi.

Drive footfall to the project site and ensure office units are ready to sell from the first week of August.

Develop sales strategy and track team productivity.
Preferred Candidate Location: Thane, Mulund, Nahur, Bhandup, and surrounding areas
Preferred Industry: Real estate (residential or commercial)
