- View Location on Map – Kalyan Naka
- Work Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday rotation applicable based on client visits)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate and above
- Experience: 1–4 years in sales (real estate preferred)
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Gender: Open to Male & Female
- Salary: Best as per industry standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits in assigned areas (Kalyan, Dombivli, Ambernath, Badlapur, Bhiwandi) to generate leads and gather market data.

Identify and approach potential buyers and professionals to promote site visits.

Coordinate with the internal telecalling team for lead follow-ups and appointment setting.

Assist in converting qualified leads into site visits and ultimately into sales closures under the guidance of the Sales Head.

Maintain and update daily lead activity reports and share timely updates with the team leader.

Support marketing and promotional efforts for selling commercial office units priced between ₹1 Cr to ₹1.25 Cr.

Ensure professional conduct and representation of the company during all field activities.
