Key Responsibilities:

Handle dealer/customer queries via phone, messages, and emails

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of day-to-day operations

Maintain and update back-office documentation and support systems

Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of issues

Deliver prompt, clear, and courteous communication
Candidate Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
-
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
-
Prior experience in managing customer calls is essential (minimum 1 year)

Good understanding of administrative or back-office support
-
Confident personality with a solution-oriented mindset
-
Female candidates preferred

Graduates only
-
Candidates residing in or near Vasai, Mumbai are highly preferred
Work Details:

Working Days: 6 days a week

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: Best as per industry standards
