Working Days – Tuesday – Sunday | Monday Off

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, site visits, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget, location preference, and needs.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits, explaining features and benefits.
- Maintain knowledge of available inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Work closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to generate quality leads.
Participate in promotional events, property expos, and roadshows to attract new buyers
