We are hiring for Jr. / Sr. Service Technician for HVAC Industry

Job Description:

• Designation – Junior / Senior Service Technician
• Number of Vacancies –  2
• Qualification – ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering.
• Gender (Male / Female / Trans)–  Male preferred as it is field service job at various client space.
• Work Timings–  10.00 – 18.00
• Working Days–  5.5 days, Saturday Half Day
• Work Location –   Pune
• Other Employee Benefits (Leave, bonus, PF, Insurance, pickup/drop etc.)– Bonus/PF/Med claim
• Experience –5–8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and servicing.
• Job Description –

• Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, VRF/VRV systems, split units, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per company standards and OEM guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians, providing technical support and on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and feedback for completed work.
• Coordinate with customers, supervisors, and project teams for scheduling and execution of jobs.
• Identify potential upgrades or system improvements and share recommendations with clients.

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF, ducted systems).
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Familiar with control systems and BMS integration (preferred).

Certifications:

• F-Gas / Refrigerant handling certification (preferred).
• OEM training certifications are an advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
