✅ Job Description

1. Co-ordinating with consultants for preparing the drafts and documents required for licenses and approvals.

2. Co-ordinating with consultants for obtaining all the necessary approvals from Govt. authorities like BMC, MHADA, SRA for IOA, IOD, CC, OC, etc. within Mumbai.

3. Interacting with Govt. Authorities for clearances in obtaining the required approvals for the project.

4. Co-ordinating with advocates and solicitors if required for any litigation related to the project.

5. Co-ordinating with legal team for due diligence before acquiring new project.

6. Co-ordinating with Govt Authorities like Collector, Tehsildar, Talati, CTSO, etc. for acquiring land or projects.

7. Co-ordinating with Banks and NBFCs for Construction Finance (CF), Preparing Sales and Cost MIS for CF Loan Accounts, Obtaining NOC’s from NBFC for registration of Sales Agreement and maintaining escrow accounts.

8. Registration of new projects on RERA website, Co-ordinating with CA’s, Architects and Engineers for obtaining RERA certificates to be uploaded Quarterly on RERA website.

9. Preparation of Sales MIS required for RERA certificates on a Quarterly basis.

• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

• Real Estate Experience – Preferable
