Field Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our dairy products across retail outlets in Mumbai. The role involves daily field visits, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring product visibility, and meeting sales targets.
Identify and acquire new customers through calls, marketing, and visits.
Present and demonstrate milk subscription plans.
Assess customer needs and tailor options.
Manage subscriptions, handle queries, and ensure satisfaction.
Generate leads via sales/marketing activities.
Maintain sales records and reports.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Cross-sell additional products/services.
Collect and share customer/market feedback.
Organize promotional activities and campaigns.
1–3 years B2C sales experience
Strong verbal & written communication
Skilled in negotiation & deal closure
Customer-focused with service orientation
Knowledge of sales techniques & methods
Target-driven with goal-oriented mindset
Job location : Marine Lines
Qualification: Minimum HSC; Graduate preferred (Commerce/Marketing/related).
Working Days : 6 Days (Week off between Monday to Friday)
Two Wheeler driving license is required
Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
Independent worker with good time management
Knowledge of FMCG sales & customer management
Familiar with Mumbai retail network & geography
Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
