Job Description:

• Designation - Chief Financial Officer
• Experience - 10+ years
• Salary - Best in industry
• Working days – 3 days a week full time 
• Education criteria - accounting and finance background including work experience 
• Skills – A Person should be well-versed with Advanced Excel, Tax, GST, Audit, Budgeting, Cash flows, and Monthly accounts, etc.

Job Description:

• weekly supervision of accounts team (2 virtually and 1 physically)
• review of chart of accounts 
• signing off on critical payments weekly. Set up payment cycles every 15th of the month or on 5th and 25th of each month.
• help drafting accounting policy manual basis stream of business with consultant (one time for now and then for every product)
• monthly MIS for MC including Balance sheet, Cash flow and operations wise profitability
• Quarterly MIS for members on financial performance
• Manage the treasury side of the Club (funds for operations and management of corpus)
• Help coordinate various policy manuals including ICOFR and monitoring thereof
• coordinating internal audit of the club
• working with statutory auditors for half yearly and annual accounts for audit
• Managing the tax and GST returns and assessments.
• Understanding of advanced excel incl macros 
• Knowledge of tally
• Cashflow, budgeting and mostly monitoring 
• Supervision of accounting and process manuals
