Role Overview
The Head of Procurement will lead the company’s procurement function across all locations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of goods and services. The role requires strategic planning, vendor management, and process optimization for both operational and capital expenses.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement activities for Opex items, Capex purchases, and repairs & maintenance.

Develop procurement strategy, policies, and processes to ensure efficiency and cost control.

Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team across multiple clinic locations.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, laboratories, and service providers to achieve best value.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term reliability and service quality.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Manage vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance review processes.

Stay updated with market trends and pricing for pharmacy, medical, and veterinary-related products.
