Employee Life Cycle Management - Manage end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits - Ensure smooth employee experience and engagement across all stages - Support workforce planning and manpower coordination Performance Management (PMA Cycle) - Plan, implement, and manage the complete PMA cycle - Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback processes - Support managers in defining KRAs and handling performance improvement plans Training & Development (T&D) - Identify training needs through performance analysis and skill gap assessment - Design and execute annual training calendars - Coordinate internal and external training programs and track effectiveness HR Policies & Compliance - Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and manuals - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits - Liaise with labor law consultants and manage inspections and filings HR Reporting & Governance - Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and documentation - Provide regular HR reports and analytics to management - Ensure accurate employee records and compliance readiness
