Job Description:

Location - Naigaon (Mumbai)
Work Time -9.30am to 6.30pm
Work Days - Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)
Week Off - Sunday
Salary – Best in Industry

🎯 Role Objective

Inventory Planning & Control

  • Plan, control, and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, WIP, and finished goods.

  • Ensure timely material availability as per approved production schedules and dispatch plans.

  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives to minimize excess stock and reduce slow-moving/obsolete inventory.

  • Improve inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Logistics teams to align material planning and movement.

  • Support seamless material flow across manufacturing and dispatch operations.

Inventory Operations & Systems

  • Oversee cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.

  • Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure accurate and real-time inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems.

  • Maintain data integrity across systems.

Warehouse & Process Management

  • Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices.

  • Ensure effective warehousing and material handling standards.

  • Track and analyze inventory KPIs including stock turns, aging, shortages, and carrying costs.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with ISO, QMS, and internal/external audit requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation and implement corrective actions.

  • Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory and supply chain efficiency.


Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Strong exposure to manufacturing inventory management.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / MRP tools).

  • Sound understanding of BOM, MRP, production planning, and capacity planning.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills.

  • Process-driven mindset with audit and compliance exposure.

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
