Job Description:

Merchandiser – Garment Production (Luxury / Couture)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage and execute garment production from the development stage through final delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between design, production, and external vendors while maintaining strict quality, costing, and timeline controls.

Key Responsibilities

Handle garment production from start to final delivery

Prepare accurate garment costing

Create and manage detailed tech packs

Coordinate with embroidery / beading vendors

Negotiate vendor rates while maintaining quality

Track production progress and update reports

Ensure timelines are met and highlight delays

Conduct quality checks as per brand standards

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, sampling, production)

Ideal Candidate

Strong knowledge of garment construction & production process

Experience managing external embroidery / beading vendors

Good in costing and negotiation

Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Can handle multiple styles under deadlines

Strong communication & coordination skills

Preferred Background

Experience in luxury / couture / high-embellishment garments

Experience handling outsourced handwork vendors

Additional Details :

• Designation: Merchandiser

• Experience: 1–2 years

• Number of Vacancies: 01

• Qualification: Minimum 10th pass; no specific educational criteria. However, the candidate must be fluent in English and capable of handling assigned responsibilities effectively.

• Gender: Female

• Work Timings: 10:45 AM to 7:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (flexible), with 1 weekly off

Working days are Monday to Saturday (mandatory). Sundays may be required occasionally during peak season, with a compensatory off during the week or additional pay for the extra working day.

• Work Location: Fort

• Employee Benefits: 24 days of paid leave per year along with fixed public holidays. PF and insurance are not applicable.
