Finishing Manager For Real Estate Industry At Jaipur

Job Description:

•Supervision & Quality Control: Lead, and supervise finishing teams (contractors/staff) to execute work according to approved designs and quality standards.

•Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed schedules, manage project milestones, and ensure on-time delivery while reducing defects.

•Material & Resource Management: Order, track, and optimize the usage of materials to minimize waste and costs.

•Compliance: Ensure all worksites adhere to require standard & compile snag lists.

•Technical Compliance: Interpreting architectural drawings, ensuring work to be executed as per drawings and resolving design discrepancies.

•Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections to ensure work matches specifications, and identifying/rectifying snags before handover.

•Documentation: Maintain accurate daily progress reports, material records, and budget updates.

•Regular inspection of Painting and wall finishes, Flooring, tiling, and dado, Joinery (doors, windows, and hardware), Waterproofing of toilets and terraces, Façade works.

Additional Details :

1. Work Location: Renewal Manji, Phagi Road, Jaipur (approximately 25 km from Jaipur city)

2. Relocation: Candidates from across India may be considered; however, accommodation, food, and transportation will need to be arranged by the candidates themselves. Only Jaipur Candidates/ Near by Jaipur/ Rajasthan

3. Employment Terms:
o Candidates will be on Talisman’s payroll
o 1-year contractual engagement (non-renewable)

4. Experience Required:
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.

5. Interview Process:
o Jaipur-based candidates: Face-to-face interview.- Face to face or VC both works

6. Work Schedule:
o Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
o Sunday: Fixed weekly off
o Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

On Third Party Payroll (Talisman HR) contractual role for a minimum duration of one year.
