Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts professional to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with SAP, and excellent analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and post accounting transactions in SAP.
• Review and process payment transactions.
• Post vendor invoices and customer invoices accurately.
• Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Review Trial Balance and prepare audit schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports, movement analysis, and variance analysis.
• Follow up with the treasury team to ensure timely posting of treasury transactions.
• Coordinate with banks and vendors for audit confirmations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for accounting and audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with SAP (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in the Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, or Shared Services environment will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
