Job Objective

Lead transportation and fleet operations for aviation catering, ensuring timely and safe delivery of catering services to aircraft. Manage specialized high-lift trucks, refrigerated vehicles, and drivers while maintaining compliance, fleet availability, and operational efficiency in a 24/7 airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations to ensure on-time flight catering deliveries.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, vehicle scheduling, route planning, and fuel management.
• Lead and supervise drivers, transport coordinators, and fleet staff.
• Ensure compliance with Airside Safety Regulations, Airport Authority requirements, and BCAS protocols.
• Monitor fleet performance, GPS tracking, vehicle utilization, and transport budgets.
• Maintain cold chain integrity during food transportation.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, ramp teams, maintenance teams, and external vendors.
• Handle driver training, licensing, safety audits, and incident investigations.

Required Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in transport/fleet operations with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory experience in aviation catering, airport logistics, or airside operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, transport regulations, and airside safety compliance.
