🔹 Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Role Overview
We are looking to hire a highly skilled Fashion Designer / Merchandiser with strong expertise in CLO 3D to join our sportswear development team.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Men’s, Women’s, and Kids sportswear collections, creating accurate 3D garment simulations, and supporting the merchandising and product development process from concept to production.
This role requires a strong understanding of garment construction, sportswear graphics, printing techniques, and performance fabrics.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Product Development
Develop sportswear designs for Men’s, Women’s, and Kids categories
Design garments including jerseys, polo shirts, training wear, t-shirts, and tracksuits
Create accurate 3D garment simulations using CLO 3D
Develop new product concepts and seasonal collections
Assist in refining garment fits and silhouettes across different size ranges
Graphics & Print Development
Develop sportswear graphics and placements
Prepare artwork for sublimation, screen printing, heat transfer, and embroidery
Work closely with the graphics team to ensure correct print application
Merchandising & Production Support
Assist in preparing tech packs and production specifications
Coordinate with production teams regarding fabric, trims, and printing techniques
Support sampling and product development processes
Fabric & Material Knowledge
Work with performance fabrics such as polyester and stretch blends
Understand how fabric behaviour translates into CLO 3D garment simulations
Required Skills & Expertise
Expert-level proficiency in CLO 3D
Strong understanding of sportswear garment construction
Ability to create accurate digital patterns and garment structures inside CLO 3D
Strong knowledge of pattern making and garment construction within CLO 3D
Knowledge of graphics and print techniques for apparel
Experience with sublimation printing
Knowledge of screen printing, heat transfer, and embroidery
Ability to create accurate 3D garment simulations and visualisations
Preferred Software Skills
CLO 3D (Expert Level)
CorelDRAW
Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Basic knowledge of garment tech pack creation
This role will be office-based in Mumbai or Kalyan, and the candidate must work closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams.
