Deputy Manager For Automobile components At Goa Location

Job Description:

Prepare MBOM from design drawings

Coordinate with design team for accurate product delivery

Plan component development/procurement with vendors (cost, quality, timeline)

Work on CREO (CAD) for design support

Prepare Customer Input Requirements (CIR)

Support cost estimation & detailed component costing

Perform QCD variance analysis and implement corrective actions

Drive cost reduction initiatives

Handle tooling investment assessment & vendor negotiation

Assist in vendor selection as per policy

Participate in project feasibility studies

Ensure QCD targets for new and existing products are met

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Candidate should be from Bus Body Manufacturing Only.

• New Part Development System

• Zero base costing

• Price negotiation

• GD and T knowledge

• Hands on experience on SAP MM module

• MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Commercial knowledge on various taxation and Inco terms

Desired Work Experience: 06-08 Years in similar profile

Work Location: Honda Goa

Preference – Male Candidate

Desired Skills: CREO Software, Good Communication Skills, Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD documents

Working Days : 6 Days (Mon to Sat)

Working time : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Interview rounds : 2

Communication Skills : Fluent
