Position: Team Lead / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Business Development
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai (with travel across Maharashtra)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Saturday)
Week Off: Sunday
Industry: Passive Fire Protection / MEP / Building Services
Role Overview
This is a techno-commercial business development role focused on building strong relationships with fire consultants, MEP firms, and developers. The role involves driving specification-based sales in high-value construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business in data centres, pharma, hospitals, and commercial projects
- Build and maintain relationships with fire consultants, MEP consultants, and PMC firms
- Ensure company products are specified in project designs and tenders
- Manage the project pipeline from lead generation to order closure
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Track ongoing projects and provide regular updates
- Lead and guide BD executives (applicable for Team Lead role)
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in fire protection, MEP, building materials, or a related industry
- Strong network with consultants and contractors in the Mumbai market
- Good understanding of technical sales and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
