Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across key markets, primarily Delhi and Mumbai, while expanding into Western and Northern India.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, with the ability to position and sell premium villa stays at 40,000+ per night. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales for luxury villa rentals in Delhi and Mumbai markets • Develop and grow new markets across North and West India (Jaipur, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Pune, etc.) • Build and manage B2B partnerships (travel agents, corporates, event planners, concierge services) • Handle direct B2C sales including HNI/UHNI clients and repeat guests • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Create and execute market-specific sales strategies and outreach plans • Manage client relationships end-to-end, from inquiry to booking closure • Work closely with marketing to generate high-quality leads and campaigns • Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and seasonal demand trends Candidate Profile • 5–8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or real estate sales • Proven track record in high-value sales ( 30K+ per transaction/day products) • Strong network in Delhi and/or Mumbai markets • Experience in both B2B and direct consumer sales • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to engage with premium clientele and corporate stakeholders • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results • Willingness to travel frequently across regions What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing luxury brand • High visibility role with strong growth potential
