Electrical Project Engineer for Leading MNC Pharma Company

Job Description:

 It will be on the third-party role of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd

 Technical Key Skills Required 

• Knowledge and experience SAP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hazardous area classification, cleanroom equipment, and US and European regulations, including ATEX / SIL guidelines, is a plus.
• Must have exposure to handling process instruments such as reactors, Filling machines, autoclaves, and formulation equipment and Utilities.

 Key Deliverable of the role

• Handle end-to-end execution of electrical projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Reviews Consultant, vendor and contractor technical documentation and requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepares the technical documentation for electrical system Single Line Diagrams (SLD), PCC /MCC / Transformer layouts, Load calculations, Cable sizing calculations, Panel GA drawings, Earthing and lightning protection layouts, Lighting layouts and lux calculations.
• Provides technical support to Project group.
• Ensure timely installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT systems, Transformers, DG sets, PCC/MCC panels, UPS systems, lighting systems, Earthing systems, HVAC electrical systems.
• Optimizes electrical systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
• Selection, ordering of Electrical instruments as per detail design and specification.
• Conduct inspection and quality checks during installation. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Performs the F.A.T., and handover protocols.
• Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines and safe work practices during project execution. Conduct risk assessment and ensure implementation of electrical safety measures.
