About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and well-presented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder of a leading luxury eyewear brand based in Worli, Mumbai. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the Founder, ensuring seamless coordination across business functions while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle daily correspondence, emails, phone calls, and business communications on behalf of the Founder.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, product launches, and event logistics.
- Liaise with the social media and creative teams regarding content planning, campaign execution, and brand-related activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidential business information.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals (HNI clients), partners, and premium brand stakeholders.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational requirements across multiple business touchpoints.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Founder’s Office Executive, or a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Perfect spoken and written English is mandatory.
