Territory Manager
Job Description:
Role Summary
Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability for the assigned interventional cardiology portfolio within the designated territory. The role involves managing key hospital accounts, developing relationships with Interventional Cardiologists and KOLs, supporting product utilization during Cath Lab procedures, and ensuring end-to-end business execution including product trials, tender management, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned product portfolio.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across government institutions, corporate hospitals, and nursing homes.
- Expand market penetration through product conversions and account development.
Clinical & Procedure Support
- Support physicians during Cath Lab procedures and provide product-related clinical assistance.
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical trials to drive adoption.
- Ensure effective utilization of products and address technical queries from clinicians.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, KOLs, hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
- Act as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to customers.
Commercial Execution
- Coordinate tender submissions and follow up on order execution.
- Monitor collections and ensure timely realization of payments.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and territory plans.
