- Work Timings – 8.45 am to 5.30 pm
- Working Days – Mon to Fri
- Work Location – BKC

Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solutions
Auto renewable contract based on performance
Purpose of the Role
To Support the various processes of HR Support &Solution department like Full & Final Settlement ,Payroll , Audits, process enhancement initiative to enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Employee Full and Final Settlement
•Follow up the Full & Final Settlement Form & documentation.
•Overseeing the Post employee exit Third party process that AcEngage.
•Follow up and clearance of various invoices of Vendor.
•Checker of Full and Final settlement inputs
•Any other work assigned by department.
Payroll & Audits
•Validation of the Payroll Inputs and Controls
•Preparation of the Audit data in advance
•Mock Audit of the various HR processes and systems
Project Support
•Support Various Projects of HR Support Solutions .
•Preparing Attrition Analysis & various Reports .
Skills & Competencies
•Strong HR operations knowledge
•Advanced MS Excel (formulas & macros)
•PowerPoint presentation and dashboard skills
•SAP HR and Workday experience preferred.
•Effective communication and people skills
•Collaborator with Good Interpersonal Skill
•Self-Starter
Qualifications
Graduate with post graduate qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll Pharma industry experience preferred. Language Proficiency
English – Proficient in spoken and written communication.
