Job Description:
Key Technical Requirements:
Core Expertise: Rubber moulding with hands-on experience in CRB moulds.
Finishing Operations: Strong command over secondary tasks like Notching, Slicing, Cutting, Clipping, and Taping.
Operational Excellence (PQCDSME): Proven track record of improving Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale, and Environment.
Problem Solving & Quality Tools: Expertise in 7QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Poka-Yoke.
Lean Manufacturing & IE Tools: Working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Line Balancing, and Yama Zumi.
Candidate must have Injection Moulding knowledge and must be well versed with plant ops
