About the Role
Autopulze is a B2B auto-parts marketplace connecting suppliers with garages. We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to drive platform adoption, deepen engagement with our garage and mechanic community, and build a strong digital growth engine across the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the marketplace platform, working closely with the developer team on feature coordination, platform improvements, and rollout of new capabilities
• Plan, execute, and track digital campaigns aimed at onboarding and activating garages on the platform
• Own WhatsApp marketing initiatives — broadcast campaigns, engagement flows, and communication cadences with garages and mechanics
• Build and nurture a mechanic community, driving engagement, retention, and word-of-mouth growth
• Coordinate with vendors and external developers to ensure timely delivery of growth and platform initiatives
• Track key growth metrics (activations, repeat usage, campaign performance) and iterate on strategies based on data

Ideal Candidate Background

• Prior experience as a Marketplace or SaaS Product Manager, or in a similar growth/product-adjacent role
• Comfortable working with developer and product teams to coordinate platform features and rollouts
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing / community-led growth is a strong plus
• Experience building or managing an engaged user community (e.g., mechanics, vendors, or similar trade networks) is preferred
