We are hiring Sales promoter

Job Description:

1. Designation: Sales Promoter
2. Working Days: Monday to Saturday. A rotational weekly off may be applicable as per operational requirements.
3. Working Hours:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
4. Work Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Faridabad, Noida

• Noida: Sector 51
• Delhi: Patparganj (EDH) and Punjabi Bagh (PNB)
• Pune: Pimpri Saudagar (PPS)
• Bangalore: Malleshwaram (MWM), Electronic City (ECC), Sarjapura (SJP), Varthur (VTR), and Bellandur (BLD)
• Faridabad: FDB

The Sales Promoter will be deployed at a Hospital pharmacy outlet, which also includes a baby and mother care retail section offering baby clothing, diapers, and other essential products for mothers and babies.  

Since the role is target-based, candidates will be eligible for incentives over and above their fixed salary. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the complete outlet operations, including billing and customer handling.
• Promoting Company products available at the outlet.
• Interacting with consumers and explaining product features, benefits, and usage.
• Recommending suitable products based on consumer requirements.
• Coordinating with hospital staff and other relevant stakeholders to drive product awareness and sales.
• Ensuring effective product visibility, customer engagement, and overall outlet management.
• Product and operational training will be provided
