Store Manager
Job Description:
We are hiring Store Managers to take complete day-to-day ownership of individual locations. Each Store Manager should effectively operate their outlet as a small business.
- Designation – Store Manager
- Qualification – Open (Worked for Logistics/ Inventory management/ Admin)
- Work Timings – 11:30am to 8:30pm
- Working Days – WO of any weekdays
- Work Location – Andheri (Central Kitchen)
- Experience – 3-6 years
Responsibilities
- Daily outlet operations
- Staff management and rostering
- Opening and closing procedures
- Cash and POS management
- Petpooja/POS operations
- Swiggy and Zomato order management
- Inventory and stock counts
- Portion-control enforcement
- Food-cost and wastage monitoring
- Maintain food quality and presentation
- Customer complaint resolution
- Maintain delivery preparation times
- Hygiene and cleanliness
- Staff training
- Daily reporting to operations management
- Achieve sales, profitability, rating and audit targets
Ideal Candidate
- 3-6 years QSR/restaurant experience
- Existing Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for promotion
- Multi-national or well-run Indian QSR experience preferred
- Comfortable managing approximately 8-15 employees
- Strong operational discipline
- Familiarity with POS and delivery aggregators
- Energetic and hands-on
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
