Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer communications and support.
  • The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries via email, messaging platforms, and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, and effectively explain our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Handle communications through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements.
  • Provide product information and explanations to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service.
