Manager – Store Stock Inward and Outward For Dairy Company At Marine Lines Location

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Store Stock Inward and Outward Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory management. The ideal candidate will manage the accurate movement of goods, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

• Supervise stock inward and outward activities at stores and warehouses.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of inventory movements.

• Manage goods receipt notes (GRN) and validate stock against purchase orders.

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic audits, and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners for efficient stock management.

• Oversee the dispatch and distribution of products to various store locations.

• Implement and maintain inventory control measures to minimize wastage and losses.

• Generate and analyze reports on stock movement, inventory health, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Train and manage a team of store and warehouse personnel.

Bachelors degree

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage large-scale inventory operations.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Understanding of inventory management principles and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

• Experience with inventory management software is preferred.

1 to 10 years of relevant experience in store stock management, preferably in the dairy, FMCG, or retail industry.

1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

2. Gender: Open to Male or Female

3. Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day

4. Interview Rounds: 2 rounds

7. Age Limit: Up to 45 years

8. Location: Marine Lines (with travel to Varvada twice a month)

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
