• Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: +5 years in Manufacturing Industry preferred
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years
• Gender: Open to Male & Female
• Salary: Best as per industry standards

Responsibilities: -

• All Sales & Purchase entries are processed in ERP.
• Preparing E-Invoicing and E-way bills.
• Creating Advance shipment notice to the customer’s portal.
• Creating Quotations and sending to customer as per requests.
• Also creating a Purchase orders and sharing with vendor.
• Create Pro-forma Invoices and sending to customer for approval.
• Creating Ageing reports and taking follow-up for payment from customers.
• Doing three way matches while processing payments of Vendor.
• Transfer all vendor payment Through NEFT/RTGS.
• Creation of sales order on basis of customer’s request.
• Cash vouchers preparation & petty cash handling.
• Creating Debit & Credit note on rejections of invoices, also resolving disputes of invoices with customers.
• All monthly expenses payment through NEFT.
• Bank Reconciliation statement for Accounts payable & Accounts Receivables.
• GSTIN payment Calculations and return files on GST Portal
