Job Description:
Position: Admin Executive/Facility Executive
Working Days: 6
Working Time: 09:30am to 06:30pm
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 3+years
Location: Mahalaxmi Byculla
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage housekeeping services and maintain office cleanliness.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with service providers as needed.
- Assist with facility management tasks, ensuring the office environment is safe and functional.
- Maintain records and documentation related to office operations and maintenance.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or facility management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in office administration and facility management.
