Position - Supplychain Associate

Working days - Mon to Fri & Need based on Sat

Time -9.00am to 6.00pm

Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and follow-up with CFA regarding pending orders.

• Preparation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for imports.

• Coordination for material manufacturing, including tracking manufacturing and expiry details for imported materials.

• Assistance with customs clearance upon arrival of shipments, including:

  • Coordination with Hellmann and CHA Nagarkot

  • Preparation of ADC sheets

  • Handling BOEs and other related documentation

  • Payment coordination with the Treasury department

  • Dry ice refilling and related coordination

• Coordination with transporters and warehouse teams upon receipt/arrival of stocks, including E-way bill generation.

• Monitoring stock storage and GRN activities at the warehouse.

• Implementing required changes in orders, including:

  • Order punching, invoicing, and documentation

  • Order updates and release coordination with the AHPL Finance team

• Administrative and packing material management, including:

  • Ordering dry ice and thermocol boxes

  • Monitoring and controlling packaging materials

  • Managing invoicing stationery and labels

• Monthly vendor bill checking and verification.

• Verification of invoices against physical stock.

• Coordination with transporters for dispatch activities, including:

  • E-way bills

  • AWBs

  • Follow-up on deliveries at NACO sites

  • Obtaining acknowledgements

• Preparation of monthly MIS and reporting.

• Handling routine operational activities in AHPL operations, including stock review and requirement planning.

• Providing support with data related to PWM activities.
