Associate Demand Planning for MNC Pharma Company based at BKC

Job Description:

Working days - 5 days

Working time - 9.00am to 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare MIS reports within defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data validation and quality checks across all demand and S&OP-related reports; proactively highlight issues and deviations.
• Work closely with Demand Planner to support ad‑hoc data and analysis requirements on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Provide enhanced data preparation and reporting support during peak periods such as budgeting, business planning, and forecasting cycles.
• Support the broader demand planning team with reporting, dashboards, and analytical inputs as required.

Skill Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (complex formulas, pivots, data analysis).
• Power BI experience is good to have (reporting, dashboards).
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple reports with strong attention to detail.

Experience

• Prior supply chain or demand planning experience is an added advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates may be considered, based on skill fit and learning agility.
