Hiring for Brand Partnership and Businee Development Manager

Job Description:

THE ROLE
We're building a slate that needs more than one studio's worth of hands – through distribution deals, co-production partnerships, and brand collaborations. We're looking for someone who can open doors, close deals, and then stay in the room to make sure those partnerships actually deliver. You will work across three fronts – getting our content onto the right platforms, bringing other production houses and studios into co-production, and getting brands into our content – while owning the relationship end-to-end once a deal is signed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and manage relationships with distribution platforms and aggregators
• Pitch live-action production houses needing an AI filmmaking layer for co-production
• Identify and structure co-production deals with AI-native studios and creators
• Identify, pitch, and close brand integration and sponsorship deals across our slate
• Own client servicing post-signing as the single point of contact for all partners
• Coordinate between partners and internal teams to ensure delivery against commitments
• Track deal pipelines, terms, and renewals across distribution, co-production, and brands

WHAT WE NEED

• 2–5 years in BD, partnerships, or client servicing – media, OTT, agency, or brand-side preferred
• Existing network in production houses, platforms, or brand marketing teams is a plus
• Comfortable pitching emerging formats (AI-hybrid content) to traditional stakeholders
• Strong follow-through – sources deals and manages them after signing
• Basic understanding of AI content production workflows helpful, not mandatory
• Ability to collaborate across functions and take feedback in a fast-paced environment
