Job Description:

 

  • Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Support marketing campaigns through targeted customer communication.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze customer data to identify buying patterns and loyalty opportunities.
  • Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
  • Maintain a professional image while representing the brand to customers.

Other Details:

  • Working Time: 8.5 hours (Flexible shift between 7:00 am – 12:30 pm)
  • Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Off)
  • Location: Marine Lines
  • Experience: 1 Year
  • Candidate will be on Talisman’s Payroll
