Position Summary

HR Manager will lead recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, HR operations, policy implementation, and workforce planning while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
• Drive performance appraisal and employee development.
• Handle grievance resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Plan employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
• Support manpower planning and succession planning.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, and management dashboards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree/MBA in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR generalist/managerial experience.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
